Care Instructions

JEWELLERY & WATCHBAND CARE:

• Please take care when wearing your CACHA & CO charms/jewellery or stainless-steel watchbands. Should they be dropped or mishandled, there is a possibility that stones may come loose, or embellishments can be damaged or scratched. CACHA & CO cannot take responsibility for any breakages that occur through mishandling.

• Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.

• CACHA & CO recommends that you remove your charms before showering, sleeping, intense exercise or swimming—chemicals found in chlorinated water, as well as salt in ocean water or sweat may encourage tarnishing.

• Avoid exposing your jewellery directly to perfumes, soap, abrasive chemicals and cosmetics. 

• Ensure your jewellery or any metal watchband is never exposed to extreme heat or prolonged contact with water—this can affect the integrity of your pieces.   It could also possibly cause any stones to come loose.

• Special care should be taken when cleaning all silicon and fabric watchbands.  These can be cleaned with a non-abrasive damp cloth.  Try to avoid using any harsh cleaning agents.
